As a personal financial planning software product, VeriPlan is licensed directly to end users for the personal and non-commercial use of one household. The VeriPlan software product consists of the VeriPlan CD and an End User License to Use the VeriPlan software. The VeriPlan CD contains the VeriPlan personal financial planning software, the VeriPlan tutorial, and other files. 

In most cases, Lawrence Russell and Company will ship VeriPlan to you on the first business day following our receipt of your order. Please allow up to 10 days for VeriPlan to be delivered to you by the United States Postal Service, although delivery times are usually faster. 

Your $56.95 payment is to be made in U.S. dollars. California residents will also pay sales tax.  Orders shipped to residents of other states will not be charged sales tax. Shipping and handling within the 50 United States is free.

If you are a U.S. taxpayer residing outside the U.S., we will confirm that you are a U.S. taxpayer via an email, once we receive notice of your order from PayPal. (This prevents mis-understandings related to non-U.S. taxpayers.) At that time, you will also be invoiced separately for a $10 international shipping and handling fee, and we will reconfirm shipping instructions to ensure that your shipment can clear customs and be delivered by a responsible carrier.
