Your satisfaction with our financial planning software, VeriPlan, is our highest priority. Lawrence Russell and Company, the maker of VeriPlan, offers an unconditional money back guarantee to ensure that you are completely satisfied with VeriPlan's personal financial calculators.

You will have a full 30 days from the date that we ship VeriPlan to you, to use and evaluate the VeriPlan's fully integrated financial calculators and investment calculators to determine whether VeriPlan is right for you. If within those 30 days, you determine that VeriPlan is not right for you, then just contact us to obtain a refund of the money that you have paid to us for your VeriPlan user license, including any sales tax paid.

These are the specific terms of our limited unconditional user satisfaction guarantee:

*  VeriPlan is a personal financial planning software application. You need to purchase a legal license to install and use VeriPlan. By using, installing, or copying VeriPlan, you agree to be bound by the terms of the VeriPlan End User License Agreement.

*If you have already paid for your VeriPlan software license and you accept the VeriPlan End User License Agreement, then Lawrence Russell and Company offers a thirty (30) calendar day money back satisfaction guarantee for VeriPlan. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with VeriPlan, uninstall and return the original VeriPlan CD. Destroy and do not otherwise retain any copies of VeriPlan.

* Your exclusive remedy and Lawrence Russell and Company’s entire liability shall be to refund your purchase price, including any sales tax that you paid. You will not be reimbursed for any shipping and handling charges, which currently are free for orders shipped within the U.S.

* In an effort to address any potentially resolvable problems or misunderstandings, we ask that you first contact us via email. Simply send us an email explaining any of your concerns to: sales(substitute the >at< sign)theskilledinvestor{dot}com   We make every effort to respond to all customer service inquiries within 2 business days.

* To obtain this refund send 1) the original VeriPlan CD, 2) a brief note stating that you are not satisfied, and 3) a copy of your dated receipt indicating your purchase price and any sales tax you paid to: Satisfaction Returns, Lawrence Russell and Company, 1077 Prospect Blvd., Pasadena, CA 91103.

As explained above, the 30-day user satisfaction guarantee applies to users of VeriPlan who have accepted the VeriPlan End User License Agreement, have installed, and have used VeriPlan. If you do not accept the VeriPlan End User License Agreement, then of course, you should not install and you should not use VeriPlan. In the circumstance that the VeriPlan End User License Agreement is unacceptable to you for any reason, then you still have thirty (30) days to obtain a refund of your purchase price, including any sales tax that you paid. You will not be reimbursed for any shipping and handling charges, which currently are free on orders shipped within the U.S. Please use the same communication and return procedures, as described above.
